This Call for Interest does not constitute a Call for Tenders or an Invitation to Tender. Furthermore, it does not represent a government orientation. The sole purpose of this approach by the SQI is to collect information regarding the interest of actors to offer the SQI the work described. Subject of the call for interest This Call for Interest will provide interested enterprises with one or more qualified resources to demonstrate their interest and ability to carry out expert advisory services in Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) for the Société québécoise des infrastructures (hereinafter “SQI--). This information gathering will help the SQI to refine and improve the specifications as part of a potential procurement process.No contract will be concluded directly with a service provider as a result of its participation in this Call for Interest.
