- This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Executive Search Services for the Director of Education, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The District recognizes its responsibility to promote and protect Indigenous rights, human rights, and equity and seeks to address and eliminate racism and structural and systemic barriers for students, staff, and the community. The OCDSB is committed to ensuring equitable, accessible, fair, respectful and transparent recruitment, hiring and promotion processes. The OCDSB invites proposals from executive search firms or individuals with the necessary experience, skills and qualifications for the provision of executive search services to support the hiring of a Director of Education and Secretary of the Board to be completed prior to the end of June 2023. The consultant will support the search and selection process as follows:
