Description : The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to secure a vendor or vendors to complete the required fire alarm, sprinkler, backflow and extinguishers maintenance for the Exchange District Campus. This includes the Roblin Centre, Paterson GlobalFoods Institute and Manitou a bi Bii daziigae.The vendor would be responsible for all tools, equipment, material, personnel to execute a Preventative Maintenance Plan as provided to and agreed with Red River College Polytechnic by said Vendor.This RFP may result in an exclusive award for Preventive Maintenance of Fire and Life Safety Equipment or multiple awards to Vendors.
