- Purpose:The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather details from qualified vendors regarding comprehensive exam testing software solutions that support the Toronto Police Service (TPS) in delivering, managing, and tracking examinations for promotional and qualification processes. This initiative seeks to identify systems that can enhance efficiency, ensure fairness, maintain data integrity, and provide secure, scalable, and user-friendly testing experiences for both administrators and candidates.This RFI document does not form a competitive bid process or legal offer.In the event, the TPS is satisfied that there is sufficient interest, availability, and feasibility of providing suitable solutions, the TPS may, but is not obligated to initiate a competitive bidding opportunity. It is important that respondents understand that this RFI document and their participation by responding is not interpreted or construed as a solicitation for tenders or proposals.TPS encourages participation from potential solution providers in this RFI process, the results of which will be reported back to an evaluation committee.
