Description:
The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-017-25, Evergreen Place Utility and Drainage Upgrades Construction.
The scope of the works involves the following:• Supply and installation of the following utilities along Evergreen Place:o 400 m of 900 to 1050 mm dia. storm pipe,o 430 m of 150 to 300 mm dia. watermain,o 90 m of 200 mm dia. sanitary pipe,• Installation of various owner supplied storm and sanitary manholes;• Removal and disposal of existing wood-stave flume and concrete storm pipe;• New storm tie in to existing headwall at Thain Creek;• Boulevard restoration;• Shrub and tree preservation;• Gravel pathway restoration.
All work must be completed in accordance with the allowable road closures and traffic management requirements outlined in SS 01 55 00S - Traffic Control, Vehicle Access, and Parking.
