Information for Tenderers
The Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation", invites Tenders for the Evergreen Downs - Building Envelope Rehabilitation.
SCOPE: Full building envelope remediation including main roof, roof decks, courtyard waterproofing and landscaping, exterior walls, windows, doors, and balconies. All in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings contained herein.

Tendering documents may be downloaded directly from the Metro Vancouver website at https://metrovancouver.bidsandtenders.ca (the "Bidding System").
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted. Tenders will be received by the Bidding System no later than 2:00:00 p.m. local time on the 3rd day of November, 2020 (the "Tender Closing").
