Description:
Tender are invited for Everett Lane Lagoon Upgrades - Phase 1

Notice Details Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, October 02, 2025.

The Work consists generally of the supply, installation and construction of:
.1 Approximately 1,135 m2 of access road and lagoon loop road construction;
.2 Drainage improvement;
.3 Approximately 250m of new 1.8m high chain link fence complete with gates;
.4 Sludge Removal, dewatering and disposal;
.5 New effluent concrete chamber cover; and
.6 Site restoration.

Specifications shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-444-8820 or email vtardif@dillon.ca. Bidders must be registered on the bidders list. Original tender documents will be issued in electronic copy.

A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the District of Tobique Valley, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender.

Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton.

Tenders will be opened publicly at the Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible.

The District of Tobique Valley reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
