- This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of supply, delivery and "as required" set up/takedown Event Equipment Rental for events, conferences, meeting on an "as needed" basis over the term of the contract. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as tables, chairs, linens,pipe and drapes, stage and pieces and miscellaneous supplies for different purposes. It is RDP's intention to enter into the Form of Agreement attached as Appendix A to this RFP with only one (1) legal entity. Mandatory Requirements: Respondents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteriawill be disqualified without further consideration given. Each proposal MUST include completion of the: Submission Form (Attachment #1), completed and signed by an authorized representative of therespondent.
