Description:
CNO is seeking a vendor who will bring governance expertise, innovative thinking, and leading practices to support our Council evaluation. The vendor will develop and implement a plan to assess effectiveness of Council (how the Council works as a unit). The purpose of the evaluation is to maintain and improve Council's governance effectiveness in leading CNO to meet its public protection mandate.
