- Description:
- The work under this Contract generally consists of the reconstruction of the multi-use trail on Erie Street from Lorne Avenue to a point 370m south of Packham Avenue and construction of a sidewalk from Lorne Avenue to a point 200m north of Crane Avenue. The project activities primarily include stripping of topsoil, removal of existing asphalt trail, excavation, supplying, and placing granular material, asphalt multi-use trail construction, drainage improvements, grading, and sidewalk construction as noted on the construction drawings.
Construction shall start on the date of the City Engineer-s written order to commence on or about June 23rd, 2025. The Bidder shall complete the work within a time to be known as the “Time for Completion” of 65 Working Days. - Documents:
