The questions posed are regarding the Canadian Coast GuardÂ’s (CCG) requirement for 2 units of commercially available offloading pumps. These offloading pump will be used for pumping and transferring large quantities of hydrocarbons of varying properties from large crude oil tankers and oil containment areas of sweep systems during environmental response operations.
