Description : As part of M4S- Sub-Project 4 (see page 6 of linked PDF) focused on mining sector equity, diversity and inclusion supports, MiHR is seeking quotes from qualified consultants to layout and design a series of materials and create a new section on MiHR.ca to house said materials - in both official languages: A systemic barriers research report of up to 20 pages plus bibliography and two infographics. A report of up to 10 pages plus bibliography on newcomer integration in the mining sector A report of up to 10 pages plus bibliography on opportunities presented by automation for integrating persons with disabilities in the mining sector. A career awareness research report of up to 20 pages plus bibliography and one map/infographic. An equity, diversity and inclusion toolkit of resources comprised of 10-15 resources in various formats (e.g. guides, brochures, exemplars, tip sheets) and four infographics, totaling approximately 80-100 pages. A new section on MiHR.ca focused on the equity, diversity and inclusion resources/toolkit and related materials as indicated above.MiHR will provide the consultant with the content for all materials in both official languages and access to the MiHR.ca content management system.
