Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Equipment Lab Build Out - 1825 Lorne St as further described below (the “Deliverables”): This project involves preparing a 6,000 square-foot space located at 1825 Lorne Street, Regina, SK., S4P 3N1, for use as an equipment lab. The scope includes installation of a structural ceiling grid, along with owner-supplied transformers, electrical panels, and lighting within the ceiling system. The project also includes installation of six chilled-water CRAH units within the space, as well as associated roof-mounted chillers, pumps, piping, and controls required to support the system. Please Note: For this project, SaskTel requires all Vendors to have current COR (Certification of Recognition) or SECOR (Small Certification of Recognition) safety accreditation certificate. Please Note: There is a mandatory walk through on Thursday April 16, 2026, for this event. Please review the Ariba event for details and to attend.
