Notice Details GENERAL TERMS
Proposals, which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or contain alterations, erasures, or irregularities of any kind, may be rejected. Failure to comply with the requirements expressed herein may result in disqualification of the Proposal.
By submitting a Proposal, the Respondent represents that it has the legal capacity to enter into a Contract and is in compliance with all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations applicable to the submission of the Proposal and entry into the Contract.
Irrevocability
Subject to the respondent's right to withdraw a proposal prior to the closing time, all proposals will be irrevocable for a period of thirty (30) days after closing of the Tender.
Awarding of The Tender
The Town reserves the right to not accept the lowest tender or any tender.
Exceptions to The Tender
Any exceptions to this tender document, no matter how small must be detailed on a separate page listing the Section, item number, and a full description of the exception.
Additional information to bidders
The purchaser's standards for bidding on the tractor must be strictly adhered to, and all bid forms must be complete and submitted with the bid. THE PURCHASER HAS THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY BIDS WHICH DOES NOT MEET THESE SPECIFICATIONS AND IS THE SOLE DECIDER TO DEEM WHICH BID IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE PURCHASER.
