Description:
The Ottawa Paramedic Service of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as "the City", is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide medical equipment and supplies as described in the ANNEX A SPECIFICATIONS, on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms and Conditions herein. The purpose of this Standing Offer is to generate procurement efficiencies for the Ottawa Paramedic Service by partnering with multiple vendors within the health and first responder supplier industry. These partnerships will provide the City with: Reliable Access to Goods: A dependable source for products listed in the Price Schedules outlined in this Request for Standing Offer. Flexibility and Responsiveness: A support network to source miscellaneous items on an as-needed basis, ensuring operational continuity. Collaboration for Continuous Improvement: Suppliers included in the Standing Offer will work closely with the City on current and future opportunities to enhance operations, streamline processes, and identify innovative solutions that support service excellence.The City would like to qualify firms in one, or more of the following schedules:Schedule A: Equipment and InstrumentsSchedule B: Infection Prevention and ControlSchedule C: Needles, Syringes and IVSchedule D: Patient Care SuppliesSchedule E: RespiratorySchedule F: Skin and Wound Care During the timeframe of this Standing Offer, the main user of this standing offer is intended to be Ottawa Paramedic...
