Description : The City of Ottawa Fire Services, herein after referred to as the “City”, is seeking qualified firms to provide various Kask Superplasma HD and HI Viz helmets and accessories on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of this Request for Standing Offer. Ottawa Fire Services require various multipurpose safety helmets and accessories to support their urban, rural, and special operations divisions. The helmets and accessories will be used in urban search and rescue, trench rescue, rope rescue, pump rescue, and the fire support unit.
