- The CRD seeks consulting services to develop a 3D hydrodynamic model of its primary drinking water source Sooke Lake Reservoir. The computer model will be developed based on the findings in the 2020 Tetra Tech report “Sooke Lake Reservoir - Hydrodynamic Modelling Project Requirements”. ************************ The CRD will accept only electronic submissions.
