PURPOSE OF THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST DOCUMENTB3.1 The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify experienced and capable Respondents to Design, Supply, and Deliver:(a) additional coverage (shield extension or separate partition) to the existing Bus Operator shield that meetsindustry safety requirements; and/or(b) a full shield that meets industry safety requirements.B3.2 The City invites qualified individuals to submit an Information Submission in response to this EOI.B3.3 After receiving the Submissions to this EOI, the City will review all Submissions received and usethe information to make an informed decision which may proceed to a Request for Qualification and/or Request for Proposal, and further in the development ofspecifications.
