Description:
THRC is seeking the assistance of a contractor to complete an environmental scan and legal review. The work will include the following types of information: summary of all provincial and territorial legislation - including identifying similarities - related to workplace harassment and violence thatwould impact trucking and logistics employers; successful practices employers use to implement workplace harassment and violence prevention initiatives; additional tools or resources needed for the effective implementation and communication of prevention initiatives aimed at reducing harassment andviolence in the workplace; within THRC's current suite of resources for federally regulated employers, identify employer information, tools and resources that could be adapted for a provincial audience, and provide recommendations for how THRC can further support trucking and logisticsemployers.
