- To support its activities during the Co-Development Phase of the Project, the Cadence Team, through Cadence Rail, selects and engages various suppliers of goods and services. The selection of these suppliers is conducted in accordance with CDPQ Infra's Procurement Policy.Through this REOI, the Design Prime Members seek to identify and qualify organizations capable of conducting various environmental field studies (hereinafter, in each case, an Organization and, collectively, the Organizations ), as briefly outlined in Section 2 Scope of Services .
