Description:
This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for completion of an Environmental Assessment and Conceptual Design for the Smithville Gravity Sewer Upgrade, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Smithville Trunk Sewer Upgrade is a capacity upgrade to the trunk sewer that conveys flows from Smithville to the Baker Road Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to support growth. The WWTP is located at 154 Lake Street, Grimsby. The scope of work for this assignment is to complete a Municipal Class B Environmental Assessment (EA) and Conceptual Design for the Smithville Trunk Upgrade. Refer to Appendix B for further details.
This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 5.
