- WO24SOA1 & PR23SOA2, Environmental and Hazardous Materials Training Services - Standing Offer AgreementDefence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award two (2) Standing Offer Agreements (SOA) to provide “as and when required” the following professional services at Various Locations in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia: The training services may include, but are not limited to, the following: Development of courses. Update or development of course material. Update or development of student course handout material. Update or development of exams. Maintenance of course material to current legislation and industry practices. Delivery of training material and exams of students. Define prerequisite courses as required. The courses may include, but are not limited to, the following: Unit Environmental Officer (UEnvO) Unit HAZMAT Materials Coordinator (UHMC). Combined UEnvO and Training on Non-DND Land Course Training on Non-DND Land. Spill Response. Federal Halocarbon Regulations (FHR).
