Description:
EPCOR will be procuring an ERP solution and asset management solution which will require services from a systems integrator (SI). The purpose of the ERP Replacement project is to replace obsolete systems that are either functionally or technologically at end of useful life and consolidate a growing application footprint. EPCOR intends to procure a) an ERP solution and asset management solution, and b) SI services through two (2) separate NRFPs. Refer to Main Body, 1.3 Definitions and Appendix 1 Information for details. The purpose of this PQR is to pre-qualify Proponents who are interested in submitting a proposal for an ERP solution and/or asset management solution. SI services will not be procured at this time. Proponents interested in this opportunity must be pre-qualified prior to obtaining the NRFP documents. Once qualified, the Proponent will receive an invitation to the NRFP opportunity when available. EPCOR expects to post the NRFP for the software in June 2025 and another NRFP will be posted for the SI in April 2026.
