Description:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from software vendors, systems integrators, implementation partners who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to provide an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution that meets the LSKYSD-s needs. The functional areas to be supported are financials (AP, AR, payment processing, general ledger, financial statements), human resources, payroll, budgeting, and reporting. The LSKSD-s preference is to select and begin implementation of a replacement ERP solution in 2025 or earlier. It is LSKYSD-s preference to enter into an agreement with a single Proponent who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to perform the complete range of services and meet or exceed the requirements and service levels specified herein with limited third-party applications. Through this RFP, LSKYSD seeks to: Outline the Scope of Work. Outline the Timeline Outline the Selection Process. Outline the Proposal Requirements. Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting Contract. Determine the costs.
