25-3308 RFP Qualification for Developer Choice Design-Build ContractorsENMAX Power Corporation is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to engage with safe, capable, and qualified organizations to become pre-qualified Contractors for ENMAX-s “Developer Choice” (DC) model. This includes design and construction of distribution overhead and underground scopes.•ENMAX will consider proposals from Design-Build Contractors, Engineering Procurement Contractors and / or Contractors who self-perform design and subcontract construction. Where a Contractor is only self-performing design, each design firm may propose only one construction partner or subcontractor.•The Contractor shall undertake and complete the design, construction and provide all the necessary materials required for the electrical distribution infrastructure for the project. In addition, the Contractor may be required to perform ancillary work related to the project, as requested by ENMAX. •This prequalification will result in a list of qualified Contractors that will be invited to participate. ENMAX aims to qualify a minimum four (4) Contractors. This RFP may result in multiple Master Service Agreements ("MSA") for the Work described herein.
