Description : ENMAX Power Corporation is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for design services for a standalone two-story building that will house ENMAX-s Integrated Systems Operations Center that meets ENMAX-s current and future needs including, the following capabilities and features. • Dedicated information technology (“IT”) and operational technology (“OT”) equipment rooms. • Emergency response communications center and isolation capabilities for emergency and disaster vents. • Allocated space for future growth (space, power, technology, innovation). • Advanced security capabilities for planned access and control. • Main entrance and meeting area- shared space with access to the new ISOC; and • Training and Laboratory areas. This RFP may result in a single scope contract for the Work described herein.
