Information for Respondents
Metro Vancouver, through the Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District (the
Corporation) invites Responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for engineering consulting services for the design of tunneling of the North Surrey Interceptor No.2, Manson Road Section between Scott Road and Grace Road. More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to five (5) Respondents to participate in a Request for Proposal.
SCOPE: Engineering consulting services for design and construction of a twin pipe by tunneling.
Request for Qualification (RFQ) documents may be downloaded directly from the Metro
Vancouver website at https://metrovancouver.bidsandtenders.ca (the "Bidding System").
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System.
Hardcopy submissions are not permitted. Responses will be received by the Bidding System no later than 2:00:00 p.m. local time on the 12th day of August, 2021 (the "Response Closing").
