- PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns (the “County”) is seeking written proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional services to Stearns County in support of the Stearns County Stormwater requirements on an as-needed basis. The Stearns County Environmental Department receives requests to review stormwater management plans for development projects. Currently, county staff review these requests. As the complexity of the requests has increased, the county is seeking professional engineers to assist with this work. On average, the county receives about ten reviews per year. The selected engineering firm will enter a three (3) year agreement with the County through December 31, 2027. The Contract may be extended an additional two (2) year period for a total of five (5) years.
