Description:
The City of St. Albert invites prospective respondents to submit a response for Engineering Services for Oakmont Area Storm System Improvements, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The City of St. Albert is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, professional engineering consulting firms to provide design, coordination, and construction support services for a two-phased drainage and infrastructure improvement project located near 7 Overton Place, 48 Oakridge Drive South, and 50 Oakridge Drive South. This project involves the assessment and rehabilitation of a failed drainage swale, site grading adjustments on private properties (with the owner's consent), and future utility risk mitigation measures related to a water main located beneath a retaining wall. Phase 1 is targeted for completion in 2025, with Phase 2 to follow in subsequent years. The selected consultant will be responsible for completing a site investigation, engaging with property owners, preparing detailed design drawings, and providing construction support services to implement surface drainage improvements in compliance with municipal standards and the City's Surface Drainage Bylaw.
