- The City of Charlottetown is issuing this RFP with the goal of hiring a professional services firm to complete the engineering and design work for the creation of a new artificial turf field located at the Simmons Sports Complex. This new lit, Canadian Football size, artificial turf field will provide extended hours of use for community sport groups in the spring, summer, and fall season when natural grass fields would normally be unavailable and provide lighted access in the evening hours. The successful proponent will be responsible for the topographical of the site and legal boundary survey data collection, analysis and design tasks. All work is to be done in accordance with the industry's best practices and adhere to all applicable guidelines pertaining to the work
