Description:
The City is seeking professional engineering consulting services from qualified firms, licensed to practice in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador (PEGNL) with the intent and capability to undertake the detailed design and engineering construction services to refurbish the Southlands East concrete reservoir operated by the City.
The successful proponent will be required to undertake a wide range of services for the duration of the project, including but not limited to, pre-design, detailed design, estimating, tender services, tender evaluation, contract administration, inspection, testing, commissioning, training, and project close-out.
