NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI) Engineering Design for Hydrogen Generation Pilot Project. 2021010004.
This is to inform you that The University of British Columbia (" UBC") intends to develop a pilot apparatus for hydrogen generation from natural gas thermal cracking based on their lab-scale prototype. Wood Canada Limited, a corporation incorporated and registered pursuant to the laws of Canada with offices at 801 6 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada T2P 3W3 has been selected to provide the Front-End Engineering Design of the system.
The University of British Colombia (UBC) is planning to develop a pilot apparatus for hydrogen generation from natural gas based on their conceptual design and laboratory experiment.
Wood is not only well suited to executing the engineering and procurement scope of the project, but also has construction capabilities in-house.
Wood is currently the best-known source to the University that can provide the category knowledge, technical expertise, and experience required by the University to properly manage and deliver project goals.
Scope of Work
Wood will provide engineering service for the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) of a pilot
apparatus for 200 kg/day hydrogen generation from natural gas by using liquid metal based on UBC
