Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Engineering Services - Boudreau Road at Campbell Road Intersection Improvements, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to provide comprehensive review(s), and detailed design engineering services and pending budget approval construction management services.
Consultants are to be advised that detailed design has been completed to a stage of approximately 60% by others. The consultant will provide a comprehensive review of the existing design in its current state, make recommendations (if necessary), authenticate, and advance detailed design to an Issued for Tender stage and may include, construction management services, subject to construction funding approval in 2026.
