Pricing and Payment Terms are available on the MERX website.Description of ProcurementThis Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization-s capability and resources for engineering design and prime consulting services to replace or refurbish the main HVAC equipment located at the University-s Podium (POD) using the University sustainability initiative targets for renovation projects.Due to current available funds for this Project of two million, five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) including design, construction, contingency, and escalations, the University has decided to complete the construction of the Project in three (3) phases with the entirety of the $2,500,000 dedicated to Phase 1. Although the University will only be proceeding with construction of Phase 1 of the project at this time, the Successful Proponent shall complete all pre-construction deliverables in accordance with Appendix I as part of Phase 1.
