- The Municipality of The District of Lunenburg (hereafter referred to as “The Municipality” or “MODL”), is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consultants to form a standing offer list, providing design and construction oversight services as outlined in this Expression of Interest (EOI). This EOI seeks to identify the Proponents who can provide engineering design capabilities to the Municipality, providing support for various capital projects. The Municipality has identified a range of capital projects and will have future projects which have not been identified yet, requiring various fields of consulting engineering design services and construction oversight. The Municipality intends to compile successful Proponents into a Standing Offer List with the aim to offer projects to consultants contained on the list.
