- The City seeks to retain the services of an experienced civil engineering firm to provide necessary consulting services to support the delivery of various municipal infrastructure construction projects. These services shall include, but are not limited to, advisory services, capital budget planning and estimation, asset condition assessments, background studies, conceptual/preliminary/detailed design and review, construction administration, on-site professional services, project close-out tasks, and standards and specification development for the City. The projects where these services would be required include: water & sewer repair/renewal, storm water management, roadway and bridge rehabilitation, sidewalk replacement, pathway construction, land development servicing, and other related municipal infrastructure components.
