- The Makkovik Inuit Community Government (MICG) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced professionals (the Proponent) to provide options analysis and recommendations, detailed design, and tendering and construction support for a variety of municipal upgrades (the Project). The upgrades includes stormwater improvements, the installation of roadside guardrails, and a new storage facility for road surfacing materials. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit bids for an individual or firm (the Consultant) to complete the scope of work, as detailed in this RFP, for each of the municipal upgrades.
