- Char-Lan Recreation Centre Roof and Siding ReplacementThe Township of South Glengarry is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms for design and construction administration services related to the roof and siding replacement at the Char-Lan Recreation Centre in Williamstown, Ontario.The project scope includes: Replacement of approximately 24,450 sq. ft. of metal roofing and insulation Replacement of approximately 9,415 sq. ft. of wall cladding and insulation Upgrades to doors, interior metal liners, and mechanical/electrical systems Full tender preparation, cost estimating, site inspection, and project management services Designs must meet AODA standards and include energy efficiency considerationsInterested firms must demonstrate experience with recreation/arena projects of similar scale. Proposal evaluation will be based on technical merit and pricing.
