- The City of Nanaimo is requesting Bids from qualified Contractors to supply and install Engineered Wood Fiber via blower apparatus on an ‘as and when- requested basis at various playgrounds located within the City of Nanaimo, as further described herein. The Engineered Wood Fiber must be IPEMA Certified and meet ASTM F1292, ASTM F 2075 and/or ASTM F3351-19.
If awarded, the term of the Agreement will be for one (1) year commencing on or about October 15, 2025, to October 14, 2026. This may be extended for four (4) optional one (1) year terms.
This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19. - Documents:
