The Corporation of the City of Burlington (the “City”) is interested in receiving information (the “Submission”) from all interested parties (the “Respondents”) who have expertise and experience in providing technology enabled solutions and services for effective community and public engagement (the “Services”) for municipalities, public institutions, or other organizations that deal with general public within North America.
The City wishes to understand options for a hosted software platform (the “Solution”) that focuses on engaging and seeking feedback from the community on diverse topics that can be useful in the City-s informed decision-making process. The Services should provide participants and City staff with easy-to-use tools that enable a wide range of participation opportunities for thousands of people, technology-enhanced analysis of information received, and detailed reporting with data visualization options.
