Summary Details:
The Owner, the City of Salmon Arm, offers to receive quotes for the supply & delivery of "Truck Service Box" in accordance with the following conditions and technical specifications:
1. Quotes shall be submitted on the enclosed forms provided (Schedule A) along with any additional requested information.
2. SEALED Quotes, clearly marked, 'Supply & delivery of Truck Service Box - ENG 2022-00-13' will be received by the City of Salmon Arm Public Works Municipal Office, 100 - 30 Street SE, Salmon Arm, BC, V1E 4N2 up to 2:00PM Local Time, January 21, 2022.
EMAILED quotes will be accepted - Email to dgerow@salmonarm.ca
3. Notwithstanding any other requirements, the Truck Service Box shall meet the requirements and all applicable regulations from the authority having jurisdiction.
4. The specifications outlined in this request for quotation are to be considered as desirable and any change to the specifications noted herein must be fully documented. Incomplete or vague quotes will not be considered.
5. Payment will be made in full upon delivery of the equipment.
