CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Proposals from industry in response to its Request for Standing Offers (“RFSO) for ENG Camera Refresh. An Agreement resulting from this RFSO may potentially be for three (3) years with two (2) irrevocable option(s) to extend for one (1) year period(s). 1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES: The key objectives in issuing this RFSO are as follows: CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking proposals for the provisioning of new High Definition Camcorders and associated accessories. CBC/Radio-Canada is interested in refreshing its ENG camcorders and also its VJ, Cine and DSLR/mirrorless Cameras. The successful Proponent(s) will supply High Definition Camcorders to be deployed at all CBC/Radio-Canada locations across Canada as well as the Corporation-s foreign news bureaus. The Camcorders will be used for News, Documentary, Sports and Arts and Entertainment productions. 2.
