Project Description : The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified Consultants for the supply, implementation and support of a Records Management System and Electronic Ticketing software solution for Parkland County-s Enforcement Services Department. The proposed solution should be capable of hosting all investigation records generated by Enforcement Services and include an Electronic Ticketing (e-ticketing) platform that functions with the Province of Alberta-s Court system as further described below.
