Description : This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the Independent Electricity System Operator (the “IESO”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of the Energy Manager Program and Strategic Energy Management Program Delivery Services as described in Appendix C of this RFP (the "Services"), during the period of time described in Section 1.4 of Appendix C of this RFP. The 2020 Ministerial Directive established principles for the IESO-s implementation of the 2021-2024 CDM Framework, which include the prioritization of programs that yield high reductions in energy usage and peak demand, in a cost effective manner. To this end, the IESO developed a 2021-2024 CDM Framework Program Plan. The program plan includes two Energy Manager Program offerings over the framework term: Energy Managers in the first two years (2021-2022), and Strategic Energy Management (SEM) in the second two years (2022-2023).This Procurement is intended for the IESO to procure one Service Provider to: deliver the 2021-2024 Framework Energy Manager Program and wind down the Interim Fram...
