Description:
The Ministry of Energy and Climate Solutions is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Navius Research Inc. to conduct energy economy modelling and assess the impacts of climate policies, individually, and in combination, as part of policy packages, over multi-decade time horizons. Navius Research Inc. will use a modelling framework that is, at the onset of the contract term, fully customized to B.C.'s specific needs in representing the B.C. economy, emissions profile, and climate policy landscape, among other things. Navius Reseach Inc. will also make the modelling environment available to Ministry staff to conduct supplemental modelling of climate policy scenarios.
