- The Ministry of Public & Business Service Delivery and Procurement (the Ministry), manages the IT common infrastructure products and services for the ministries and agencies comprising the OPS.
As part of the role of managing common infrastructure, support staff routinely require the ability to remotely access end-user devices to assist and resolve incidents. Following the retirement of the previous utility in 2023, an interim solution was implemented as a bridge pending this competitive selection of a comprehensive remote support tool that can accommodate the breadth and depth of devices and support staff in the OPS.
