Description:
The purpose of this non-binding Request for Bids (“RFB”) is to establish a multi-vendor arrangement for End-User Computing (“EUC”) Products and Related Services that will enable modernization and streamline the technology infrastructure of non-OPS clients across the Province of Ontario.

The arrangement will offer a comprehensive range of End-User Computing Products and Related Services to non-OPS clients. These offerings include, but are not limited to, laptops, desktops, tablets, computer accessories, computer displays, and associated professional services. Clients will be able to procure these Products and Services on an “as and when required” basis through a subsequent second-stage selection process.

This RFB is a multi-lot RFB with two (2) Categories:

Category 1 - Enterprise EUC Products and Related Services.

Category 2 - Apple Inc. (“Apple”) Products and Related Services.

Proponents may submit Bids for one (1) or both Categories. Each Category will be evaluated, scored, and awarded independently.

Bids must be from either the Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) or an Authorized Reseller, as described in Section 1.3
