- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to qualified prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-41-23 Encampment Clean Up Services as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).The City of Peterborough is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Encampment Clean-Up services. The purpose of this RFP is to acquire a contractor who can provide turnkey site cleanup as coordinated by staff post site eviction.
