Description : ISC celebrates employee long tenure and supports, recognizes and rewards employee contribution to innovation and business excellence while encouraging and fostering a performance-based culture. ISC is seeking information from vendors able to offer services for the following programs: (A)Service Recognition Awards - ISC recognizes employees for dedicated service and the contributions they have made to the Corporation for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service and looking for a supplier to provide options for gifts for these milestones (approximately $30 - $50 per years of service). On-The-Spot Recognition - ISC encourages employees and managers to recognize individuals and teams who achieve outstanding results, big or small, and those who consistently model ISC-s values. This solution must enable employees and managers to easily send recognition while also providing easy administration for HR and a clear and transparent cost model. ISC is also interested in working with a supplier that can provide a web-based platform to enable and facilitate both monetary and non-monetary on-the-spot awards
