Notice Details This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Next Day Courier services, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the "Deliverables"). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Procurement Act and regulations thereunder, and in the event of conflict between the provisions of the RFP and the overarching legislation, the latter will prevail over the conflicting provision of the RFP.
